For Europe Chrono Classis service, and the guaranteed delivery in about 20 countries in Europe, between 3-7 business days is used.

For the rest of the world, the service is used Chrono Express Economy, in which delivery is carried in more than 220 countries with the following deadlines:

Major European capitals: up to 48 hours.

Remaining destinations: 2-7 business days.

The Collective Store agrees to make delivery to the carrier within 2 working days after receipt of order value except in Counter-Service Reimbursement days, with all the deadlines described above are counted from that date.

If the CTT Expresso can not deliver your order to the recipient, will be left a card in your mailbox to pick up your order at the post office there said.

4. Payment

A COLLECTIVE STORE puts at your disposal the following payment methods:

PayPal - Sign up for a free PayPal account and can instantly send payments using your credit card. For more information go to the official PayPal website www.paypal.com

Bank Transfer - Payment through ATM can be done via ATM Network boxes or at your home banking. This payment method takes about 1 day to get into the bank account. Your order will only be shipped upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

Counter Repayment - Through this method, you must pay in cash upon delivery of your order. The limit value per order is 2500 euros. This form of payment will not be allowed to customers whose last two orders have been returned, for reasons beyond Collective Store.

  The product will be reserved for 2 days. If, during this period, the Collective Store will not receive payment, your order is automatically canceled.

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

5. Exchanges

For the final customer is not completely satisfied with the product you purchased at our online store, you can exchange within 15 days after the date of receipt.

For International we do not have any collection service. You have to send it through your local post office to our address. Shipping charges are charged to the customer.

7. Product Information

The Collective Store works with color correction software so that they are brought close enough to reality as possible. However, we emphasize that the color is a factor that depends on each monitor and definitions of ourselves so we can not guarantee that your monitor reflect the actual color of the product.
